Work just 15 days a month - and make every shift count!

Join our training team on a stable, non-rotating 223 schedule that offers balance and predictability.

As a Manufacturing Job Trainer, you will develop workforce capability, strengthen safety and quality, and ensure consistent performance across all production shifts.

Our department builds functional expertise through a strong training organization that supports new and existing employees in highvolume production and warehouse environments. This role includes skills assessment, standardized work instruction, handson coaching, and crossfunctional partnership to drive operational excellence, scalability, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Workforce Development

  • Deliver handson operator training and floor coaching.

  • Train employees on equipment operation, material handling, safety, and quality.

  • Use defined methods, standardized instructions, and approved documentation.

  • Conduct crossshift training to ensure consistency and reduce errors.

  • Provide corrective retraining and reinforce SOP adherence and continuous improvement.

  • Dedicate 30% of time to structured training and skill development.

Training Documentation & Standards

  • Create and update training materials with engineering, operations, maintenance, and global teams.

  • Ensure documentation is accurate and aligned with standards.

  • Communicate process or quality updates to the workforce.

  • Recommend improvements based on training feedback.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2+ years in production, warehouse, or manufacturing.

  • Proven success delivering training in highvolume environments.

  • TWI experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of equipment operation, automation, and safety compliance.

  • Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills.

  • Ability to work a 12hour 223 schedule (6am-6pm).

  • Starting pay: $27.50/hour.

This position is for the Temp. Pack site on Ruffin Mill Rd.
