Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in creating high-quality LEGO elements while driving innovation and excellence ina state-of-the-artmanufacturing environment?
Lead the charge in transforming LEGO's injection molding operations, driving safety, quality, and innovation while developing a high-performing team in acutting-edgemanufacturing environment.
*This position will start with a general administrative shift (8 AM to 4 PM) until the manufacturing site completes the ramp-up stage. Afterwards, it will transition to leading the 1st shift schedule, which will be a 12-hour, 2-2-3 schedule.

Coordinate activities across teamsincluding Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Automation, and Quality.

Your leadership ensures seamlessoperations,optimalresourceutilization, and the development of a skilled workforce. Do youhavewhat it takes?
A degree or technical training in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or Automationis desired.Experiencein manufacturing operations, preferably within injection molding or highly automated environments.
Must have:
Demonstrated leadership experiencemanaging production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Strong understanding of injection molding processes, mold setup, process validation, and troubleshooting.
Proven success in driving operational performanceand continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience with highly automated manufacturing systems, including robotics and digital platforms.
Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team,fosteringcollaboration and accountability.
Excellent problem-solving skillswith a focus on safety, quality, and compliance.
Nice to have:
Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC)and quality management systems like ISO 9001.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance coordinationand equipment reliability strategies.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $84,674.00 - $127,010.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
