Job description

Job Title: Legion Developer
Location: Remote
Tax Term: W2/1099 Only
Employment Type: Contract

Develop, configure, and support the Legion Workforce Management (WFM) platform across scheduling, labor forecasting, and time & attendance.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize Legion WFM modules (forecasting, scheduling, T&A, employee engagement)
  • Build and maintain integrations between Legion and HR/payroll/ERP systems via REST APIs
  • Set up labor models, data mappings, and business rules to match operational needs
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and resolve data/integration errors
  • Partner with HR and operations stakeholders to translate requirements into config

Required Skills

  • Hands-on Legion WFM implementation/development experience
  • REST API integration experience (payroll, ERP, or HRIS)
  • Strong SQL and data transformation skills
  • Understanding of workforce management concepts (forecasting, scheduling, labor optimization)
  • Ability to gather requirements and work directly with business users
