Legion Group is hiring reliable Concrete Laborers for commercial construction projects across multiple states.

We’re looking for guys who show up, work hard, and know their way around a jobsite. If you’ve worked concrete before and aren’t afraid of long days, this is steady work with a solid crew.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assist with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete
  • Site prep, grading, and material handling
  • Set forms, tie rebar, and strip forms
  • Operate basic tools and equipment
  • Keep jobsite clean and organized
  • Work alongside foreman and crew to keep production moving

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in concrete or general construction preferred
  • Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, digging, long hours)
  • Willing to travel for out-of-state work
  • Reliable transportation to job pickup locations
  • Shows up on time and ready to work
  • Positive attitude and team mindset

Bonus If You Have:

  • Experience with concrete finishing
  • Equipment experience (skid steer, etc.)
  • Ability to read basic plans
