Our Client is currently seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and professional Legal Secretary to support their Law practice. MUST have previous Legal Experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting lawyers, providing administrative, clerical, and client-service support to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires strong communication skills, discretion with sensitive information, and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
This is a TEMPORARY (Maternity Leave Position.) • $20- $25 per hour DOE • Start at the end of August through November, 2026.
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
More specific duties may include:
Key Responsibilities - Administrative & Office Support • Manage front-desk duties, including answering phones, greeting clients, and handling mail. • Maintain organized filing systems compliant with firm standards. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
Client Support • Greet and provide positive attitude to clients. • Forward client documents to appropriate partner. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. • Professional demeanor and strong client service attitude. • Ensure confidentiality of all client and firm information.
