Legal Receptionist & Switchboard โ€“ Onsite (Temp-to-Perm)
Location: Los Angeles, CA

About the Role:
Join Nelson Mullins as a Legal Receptionist & Switchboard Specialist! Provide top-notch support in a professional legal environment. This is a temp-to-perm opportunityโ€”start temporary, grow into a permanent role!

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Answer and route calls with professionalism

  • Greet and log visitors/guests, maintaining building security

  • Schedule and set up conference rooms, including AV/video conferencing

  • Handle mail, shipments, and light administrative tasks

  • Assist with printing, trial binders, and document prep

  • Support attorneys, paralegals, and staff with day-to-day needs

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • High school diploma required; Associate/Bachelorโ€™s preferred

  • 2+ years admin/reception experience, ideally in a law firm

  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills

  • Professional, proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
