The Business Operations Manager leads and optimizes key operational processes within the company, managing a sizable team of over 40 members. This role involves strategic planning, budget oversight, and driving cross-functional projects to enhance efficiency and performance. Utilizing tools such as ERP systems, project management software, and CRM platforms like HubSpot, this manager focuses on process improvement, vendor management, and automation initiatives to support organizational growth without requiring travel.

Operations Division I – Legal Staffing Delivery

Operations Manager responsible for attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, case managers, intake specialists, litigation support, demand writers, and medical records teams. KPIs include client retention, utilization, productivity, SLA compliance, error rates, and client satisfaction.

Recruiting / Head Hunting Division

Recruiting Operations Manager overseeing recruiters, sourcers, and recruiting leads. KPIs include time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, candidate quality, and executive placement success.
