Job Summary:

The Account Manager at Legal Soft will manage relationships with active lawyer clients and their virtual assistants (VAs), ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention. This role focuses on understanding client needs, providing personalized support, and upselling additional Legal Soft services and virtual staffing solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive, client-focused professional with strong sales skills and a passion for legal tech.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management:

● Act as the primary point of contact for assigned lawyer clients and their VAs, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.

● Conduct regular check-ins to assess client needs, provide training on Legal Soft tools, and ensure seamless integration with their workflows.

● Support clients in maximizing the value of virtual assistants and legal software, including tools like Clio, MyCase, and PracticePanther.

- Upselling and Cross-Selling:

● Identify opportunities to upsell services such as social media content creation, custom website development, AI tools, and additional virtual staffing solutions.

● Present tailored proposals to clients, demonstrating how Legal Soft’s offerings (e.g., Practice360 for social media or custom websites) align with their growth goals.

● Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new features and services to existing clients.

- Client Success and Support:

● Provide ongoing support to clients and their VAs, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with Legal Soft’s technical team as needed.

● Train clients and VAs on legal software platforms and ensure efficient adoption of tools for document automation, e-filing, and client intake.

● Monitor client satisfaction and usage metrics to proactively address challenges and drive engagement.

- Revenue Growth and Performance Metrics:

● Achieve revenue targets through client retention and upselling additional services.

● Track account performance and client feedback using CRM tools, reporting insights to leadership.

● Identify trends within the client base to inform service improvements and new product offerings.

- Collaboration and Innovation:

● Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, tech support, and virtual staffing) to deliver seamless client experiences.

● Provide client feedback to enhance Legal Soft’s offerings, including AI tools and virtual assistant training programs.

● Contribute to a culture of innovation, supporting Legal Soft’s mission to revolutionize law firm operations.

- Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

● 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales, preferably in legal tech, SaaS, or virtual staffing industries.
