Legal Assistant

We're currently seeking a full-time entry-level legal assistant to provide our firm's attorneys with administrative support. This is a perfect opportunity for a hard-worker with superior organizational skills, and who is interested in learning and growing in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Assisting the firm's attorneys & paralegals in managing a high volume of litigation matters
  • Communication with clients
  • Administrative responsibilities such as scanning, organizing, and recordkeeping
  • Assist with incoming and outbound mail
  • Manage hearing calendars
  • This is an entry-level position - prior experience working in a law office is a plus
  • Must possess superior organizational and time-management skills
  • Must be computer literate: Ability to easily learn & utilize the firm's client software database
