Job description

We are seeking an experienced Probate Litigation Paralegal to support an active probate and estate litigation practice in Atlanta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience handling probate matters, contested estates, fiduciary disputes, and litigation support in Georgia probate courts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys with contested probate matters, including will contests, guardianships, conservatorships, and fiduciary disputes
  • Draft pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests, and legal correspondence
  • File documents through Odyssey eFileGA and manage court deadlines and hearing calendars
  • Organize case files, exhibits, and litigation materials
  • Assist with discovery, depositions, mediation, and hearing preparation
  • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of probate or probate litigation paralegal experience
  • Familiarity with Georgia probate courts and procedures
  • Strong organizational, drafting, and case management skills
  • Experience with Odyssey eFileGA preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines

This is 100% remote

Pay Schedule (DOE): up to $80,000 annually
