The NRP Group is offering an internship opportunity with our Legal team in our corporate headquarters:

Our paid Summer Legal Internship provides the opportunity to work at our headquarters in downtown Cleveland, Ohio, gaining hands-on experience within our Legal Department. The Legal Intern will primarily support the in-house legal team in areas such as contract review, legal research, compliance initiatives, and corporate governance matters, while also collaborating with cross-functional partners including Human Resources, Finance, Property Management, and Operations. This role offers practical exposure to day-to-day legal operations within a growing organization.

We are committed to providing a comprehensive and engaging internship experience, including:

  • Structured professional development programming throughout the internship

  • Exposure to senior leadership

  • Assist attorneys with legal research related to property management, construction contracts, real estate financing, and title issues.

  • Gain hands-on experience in real estate and construction law by working directly alongside experienced attorneys and industry professionals.

  • Expand your professional network through mentorship opportunities and participation in department meetings and projects.

  • Enhance your legal research, drafting and analytical skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

  • Develop a deeper understanding of complex real estate and construction transactions, legal processes, corporate governance, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Education: Current undergraduate student (entering senior year) or law student (1L or 2L) pursuing a degree in a related field, with anticipated graduation by June 2027

  • Availability to work 24 hoursper week for the 10-week program (June 1st, 2026 - August 7th, 2026)

  • Sponsorship for employment visas is not available for this position
