ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Legal Intern, you will work directly with IGS attorneys and paralegals on projects that support daily operations and long-term business initiatives. You will gain valuable exposure to the inner workings of a corporate legal department while contributing to meaningful work.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Conduct legal research: Perform basic legal research and analysis to support legal matters and business needs.

  • Draft legal documents: Assist in preparing and revising legal documents and written materials.

  • Maintain legal records: File, organize, and manage legal documentation.

  • Review content for accuracy: Edit documents and perform fact-checking activities.

  • Support daily operations: Complete administrative tasks and assist the in-house legal team with ongoing priorities.

WHAT YOU WILL GAIN

Salary Range:

$31,200.00 - $62,400.00

*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
