Note:

We are seeking experienced Japanese-speaking candidates to conduct effective due diligence on Japanese clients by reviewing contracts, certificate of incorporations, registration statements to determine their legal status.

Candidate may have to carry out online legal research for entities where registration statements or other materials are not available.


Required:

Proficiency and fluency in Japanese, written and verbal.ย 

Prior experience of KYC, due diligence, Anti-money laundering review will be helpful.ย
