About ClaimsHero

Every day, people across the United States are harmed by large corporations - social media platforms targeting children, AI companies stealing authors' work, landlords colluding on rent prices - and most of them have no idea they have a right to fight back. Even those who do often can't afford to.

ClaimsHero exists to change that. We are a legal technology startup and licensed law firm that finds these people, builds their cases, and partners with top-tier litigation firms to take on the companies responsible. We work on contingency - our clients never pay a dollar out of pocket. When we win, they get paid.

We've raised over $20 million, built a powerful proprietary platform from the ground up, and are growing fast. If you've ever wanted your legal career to mean something beyond billable hours, this is that opportunity.

About the Role

We're looking for a Document Review Attorney to join our operations team in a role that sits right at the intersection of law and technology. You won't be going to court or arguing with opposing counsel. Instead, you'll be helping real people - thousands of them - navigate the process of building a strong case and getting the representation they deserve.

This is a high-volume, process-driven role that rewards precision, ownership, and a genuine desire to build something that matters. You'll work directly with our Head of Operations and collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and senior attorneys to make our review process smarter and more scalable over time.

If you love efficiency, care about doing things right, and want to be part of a team that's genuinely changing how people access justice - we'd love to meet you.

You Will

  • Review and validate client submissions and supporting documentation across active campaigns
  • Communicate directly with clients via email and phone in a professional, empathetic, and clear manner
  • Manage document review workflows and quality control processes
  • Identify and escalate issues that require legal or product team input
  • Help develop and refine standard operating procedures, eligibility criteria, and email templates as campaigns evolve
  • Maintain structured records and assist in generating internal reports
  • Learn and adapt to our internal platform - no prior technical experience required, just a willingness to pick things up quickly

You Have

  • Arizona state bar in good standing
  • Experience with legal document review
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, remote-first environment
  • A genuine interest in legal access, consumer rights, or technology - or ideally all three
  • Located in Arizona

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience
  • Equity shares in ClaimsHero
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Unlimited PTO
  • 401k
  • $400 home office stipend
  • Travel coverage for visits to our Miami office
