We're building a team of A-players to be the frontline of our firm. As the Client Concierge, you aren't just "answering phones." You are the architect of the client experience, whether they are walking in the door or on the phone. You are the first voice a grieving widow hears when she calls about probate, and the reassuring guide to a family buying their first home.

You are the "Director of First Impressions." Whether it's a high-stakes real estate agent or a nervous first-time home-buyer, you set the tone. You don't just route calls; you manage expectations and provide immediate warmth.

The Air Traffic Controller (Intake & Gatherer)
You'll manage the flow. You'll qualify leads, gather the missing puzzle pieces, and set the expectation for them for their next stop on their journey.
