** Legal Customer Service Representative **
  • Initial (6-Week ) Hybrid Training Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ESTย 
  • Post-Training: Upon successful completion, you will transition directly into your permanent hybrid work schedule.
  • Location: You must still live within a commutable distance to Lower Manhattan for the hybrid phase.

We're currently seeking a full-time Legal Customer Service Representative with office support experience to support our attorneys in litigation-related matters and also to provide administrative support to the office staff. The perfect fit for this role is an organized, proactive multi-tasker who enjoys staying busy. If you love a friendly team culture and excel in a high-energy setting, you will thrive here.
  • Use of Salesforce CRM software to facilitate the process of responding to clients concerns via phone.
  • Working with collections agencies via phone to obtain documentation of settlements.
  • Reviewing documents sent to our office by both clients and collections agencies and ensuring they meet certain criteria.
  • Uploading these documents to our system.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as needed.
  • This is a heavy client facing role in a call center structure.

  • Minimum of (1-2) years office support experience.
  • Possess superior organizational and time-management skills.
  • Must be computer literate: Ability to easily learn the Firm's case management software.
  • Highest ethical standards and professional integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and outside parties.
  • Fluent in Spanish a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus.
  • Compensation is competitive and commensurate with expertise and previous experience
