We are a fast-paced personal injury law firm in Aventura looking for an experienced Case Manager who can hit the ground running. This is a full-time, in-office position for a self-starter who thrives in a high-volume environment and takes true ownership of their caseload.

You will manage 100+ active personal injury files simultaneously โ€” from intake through settlement โ€” with minimal supervision. We use Filevine as our case management platform, and we expect our Case Managers to work it fluently. If you need constant direction, this is not the role for you. If you love the pace, the problem-solving, and advocating for clients, we want to talk.

Compensation:

$60,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage 100+ personal injury cases from intake to resolution using Filevine
  • Communicate proactively with clients on case status, timelines, and next steps
  • Gather, review, and analyze medical records, bills, and treatment summaries
  • Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
  • Negotiate medical liens and bills to maximize client recovery
  • Draft demand letters, settlement packages, and case correspondence
  • Track all deadlines, statutes of limitations, and policy coverage details
  • Interface daily with adjusters across major insurance carriers to move claims forward
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date files and documentation in Filevine at all times

Qualifications:
  • 5โ€“10 years of case management experience at a plaintiff personal injury firm โ€” required
  • Proficiency in Filevine โ€” strongly preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of PIP, UM/UIM, liability, and bodily injury claims
  • Ability to read and interpret medical records, imaging reports, and provider notes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients and adjusters
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload of 100+ files independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be available full-time, Mondayโ€“Friday, in our Aventura office
