Entry Level - Administrative Position - $18/hour
ELDEIRY & ELDEIRY, P.A., a probate administration and Estate Planning law firm, is seeking a highly personable, fun, loyal, energetic, positive, down-to-earth,responsible, anddetail-oriented entry-level administrative person to join our team.
This is an IN-OFFICE position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities
• Collect and organize documents, set up new client files
• Represent the firm professionally and warmly-both over the phone and in written communications
• Handle general administrative support, including printing, scanning, copying, and file maintenance; refilling copier paper
• Managing incoming mail
• Draft and send emails and letters on behalf of the firm
• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, court clerks, and judicial assistants as needed
• Send and track court pleadings and other legal documents
• Maintain consistent and professional client communication
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Candidates will have taken the DISC assessment with WIZEHIRE
• Researched our Firm
• Previous law firm experience
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
