Busy Boca Raton Estate Planning Law Firm seeks a full-time probate paralegal and/or estate planning paralegal. The ideal candidates must have 2+ years of experience in Estates and Trusts, be prompt, reliable, and efficient with excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. The probate paralegal would be handling all aspects of Estate Administration, and the estate planning paralegal would be drafting Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney, and related documents. Must be a team player with a positive, professional attitude. Salary commensurate with experience. No phone calls, please.
Responsibilities
Probate Paralegal:
โ€ข Administer Estates & Trusts from start to finish
โ€ข E-file legal documents
โ€ข Prepare probate documents
โ€ข Record documents in the public records
