Job description

Join Our Team at Hightower & Partners – West Palm Beach Office!


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant to join our dynamic Defense team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting experienced associates with high-volume caseloads, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with trial preparation and case management with Litify through Salesforce.
  • Manage attorney calendars, schedule hearings and depositions (including expert depositions), and draft subpoena duces tecum.
  • Retrieve records via Notice of Production from Non-Party and Subpoena.
  • Prepare and review correspondence to counsel and judicial officers.
  • Perform e-filing.
  • Billable hour tracking through Sage Timeslips.
  • Support other standard legal assistant duties as needed including administrative task


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Recent experience in Bodily Injury, Insurance Defense, and First Party Property cases.
  • Experience with billable hours preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A self-starter with the ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment.


This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in West Palm Beach.
