Job description

Seeking an experienced and highly organized Leasing Director responsible for the daily leasing operations of residential and commercial properties throughout New York City.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Generate, qualify, and manage residential and commercial leasing leads.
  • Explain application requirements and required documentation to prospective tenants and answer applicant questions.
  • Prepare and process residential and commercial leases for new tenants.
  • Prepare and process lease renewals for existing tenants.
  • Coordinate and process tenant move-outs.
  • Prepare security deposit statements and reconciliations.
  • Handle correspondence, telephone calls, emails, and confidential information in a professional, timely, and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate leasing records and tenant files.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of leasing experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet-based applications.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional presence and attention to detail.


Position Details:

  • Full-time, in-person position.
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Office located in Nomad, Manhattan.
