Description:

We’re seeking an experienced, driven, and relationship-focused Leasing Account Executive to join our team.  As a Leasing Account Executive you will manage a portfolio of clients and prospects to generate new leasing business, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure smooth execution of lease agreements and promptly follow up on leads delivered from the Corporate Marketing Department to schedule showings and secure leases. 


This role blends sales, account management, and leasing operations, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building long-term client partnerships.

This is a salaried position up to $110,000.00 which includes bonuses when individual goals are achieved.





Requirements:

History of success in commercial real estate sales/leasing.

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred ie Markting, Real Estate.

Familiarity with CRM systems and leasing software (e.g., Yardi, Salesforce, AppFolio) 

Must be organized, detail-oriented and results-driven.

Ability to interpret market data and adjust strategies accordingly 

Reporting and Performance Tracking

Must possess excellent time management skills

Collaborate effectively with property managers, maintenance team, Corporate management team
