A leading supplier of Petrolina products for restoration specialists, collectors and hobbyist in the vintage oil, gas and automotive space.  We are looking for a motivated, energetic self-starter to lead our logistics area.

The Role

As the Shipping and Receiving Specialist, you will oversee the daily flow of goods to ensure 100% on-time delivery and accurate inventory management. You are not just shipping packages; you are optimizing warehouse layouts, managing our website and ebay sites and serving as the vital link between our company and our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight: Direct the flow of packages from preparation to shipment, managing inventory and customer service.
  • Logistics Management: Use software to enter orders, create advertising, track shipments, manage customer accounts and balance inventory.
  • Efficiency & Quality: Identify areas for efficiency improvements

What You’ll Need (Requirements)

  • Experience a plus but not necessary.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable in learning to use Quickbooks, Shopify, eBay and shipping software like UPS Worldship and Stamps.com.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, lift, and move packages up to 40 lbs. throughout a standard workday.
