The Learning Manager builds and delivers scalable training and development programs that increase workforce capability, improve execution in the field and office, and accelerate career progression across the company. This role ensures every employee has the knowledge, tools, and confidence to perform safely, efficiently, and to the company's standards.

Core Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and deliver technical, operational, and leadership training programs for field and office roles.
  • Partner with Operations, Safety, and HR to identify training needs based on performance trends, skill gaps, and future workforce requirements.
  • Coordinate and deliver new-hire onboarding to reduce ramp time while increasing clarity, connection, and role readiness.
  • Develop career path frameworks for key roles.
  • Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and reporting for leadership visibility and regulatory compliance.
  • Implement and manage a scalable Learning Management System (LMS) to streamline training access and adoption.
  • Train supervisors and department leaders on how to coach, evaluate, and grow their teams.
  • Measure training outcomes and evolving programs based on real-world performance data.
  • Represent the company with professionalism when coordinating external trainers, apprenticeship partners, workforce agencies, and schools.
