Job Overview

The AMP Manager plays a critical role in shaping and deliveringhighimpacteducational strategies that strengthen commercial capabilities across DePuy Synthes. This roleleadsthe design and execution of education programs that align with commercial priorities, enhance customer engagement, and support field effectiveness.

You will partner across Commercial, Marketing, Medical, and Learning teams to ensure education initiatives aredatadriven, scalable, and aligned with business strategy. This is a highly visible role that directly contributes to improving customer outcomes, advancing product adoption, and enabling commercial growth in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of commercial education strategies aligned with business priorities and product portfolios
Design and implement scalable training programs, educational content, and learning systems for internal teams and healthcare professionals
Partner cross-functionally to align education initiatives with commercial strategy, customer needs, and market opportunities
Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure training effectiveness and continuously improve educational programs
Drive data-driven insights to optimize targeting, engagement, and learning outcomes in support of commercial excellence
Manage and coordinate projects, programs, and processes tied to education initiatives across multiple stakeholders
Develop innovative learning approaches, including digital and blended learning solutions, to enhance capability building
Provide coaching, guidance, and subject matter expertise to team members and partner organizations
Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and company standards in all education and training activities
Champion a culture of continuous improvement rooted in the Johnson & Johnson Credo and leadership principles

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degreerequired(Business, Life Sciences, Education, or related field)
Advanced degree (MBA, MA/MS, or equivalent) preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:

Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant professional experience in commercial excellence, education, training, or related functions
Demonstrated experience leading programs, projects, or processes aligned to commercial strategy
Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to improve performance
Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Experience developing and executing training or educational programs in a regulated environment
Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
Ability to coach and develop colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities

Preferred:

Experience in MedTech, orthopedics, or healthcare industry
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools
Familiarity with commercial operations, sales enablement, or field training
Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships for education programs
Certification in training, coaching, or learning & development disciplines
