The Contribution You'll bring to this Role:

The Commercial Learning & Enablement Manager is responsible for developing and executing Justrite Safety Group's commercial product training strategy. This role ensures employees, manufacturer representatives, and distributor partners have the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to effectively represent the company's products, solutions, and value proposition.

The Commercial Learning & Enablement Manager owns the commercial learning experience from onboarding through ongoing development by designing scalable training programs that leverage instructor-led training, virtual facilitation, self-directed learning, eLearning, video, and other modern learning methods. This role partners closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and subject matter experts to create engaging learning experiences that improve commercial effectiveness.

What You'll Do at Justrite:

  • Develop and execute the commercial training strategy aligned with business priorities.
  • Design and maintain onboarding, continuing education, certification, and new product training programs.
  • Create engaging learning content, including instructor-led materials, eLearning, videos, job aids, presentations, and sales enablement resources.
  • Deliver training through a blend of classroom, virtual, and self-paced learning formats based on audience and learning objectives.
  • Develop training focused on Justrite Safety Group's value proposition, go-to-market strategy, product portfolio, STUD-E, and commercial capabilities.
  • Create sales enablement tools that reinforce learning and support effective customer engagement.
  • Manage the company's learning management system and learning technologies.
  • Measure training effectiveness through learner feedback, completion metrics, and business results, and continuously improve programs based on insights.
  • Partner across Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and other business functions to identify learning needs and support product launches and commercial initiatives.

Your Skills and Expertise:

To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, product training, sales enablement, or a related field.
  • Experience designing and delivering instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning programs.
  • Experience developing technical, commercial, or product learning content.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and modern learning technologies.
  • Experience administering a learning management system and developing digital learning content.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
