Responsibilities:

Facilitate engaging virtual training sessions via Zoom for audiences of 200+ participants on operations, sales, and marketing topics

Deliver existing training curriculum with energy and clarity while adapting content to meet diverse learner needs

Moderate interactive sessions including Q amp;A, polls, breakout rooms, and other engagement tools

Design and create new live training materials, presentations, and facilitator guides

Update and refine existing training content to ensure relevance and effectiveness

Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training accuracy and alignment with business objectives

Design and build interactive e-learning courses using Articulate 360 Rise
-
Create visually compelling, pedagogically sound learning experiences that drive knowledge retention

Develop assessments, scenarios, and interactive elements that enhance learner engagement
-
Maintain and update e-learning library based on feedback and business needs

Track training completion rates and learner performance metrics

Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness
