Job description

This position is responsible for managing the essential tasks for the Learning & Performance department of MidFirst Bank. The ideal candidate should excel in multi-tasking, possess strong communication skills, prioritize customer service, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities, for this position, include but are not limited to:
  • Facilitate the enrollment process for new hires, professional development, annual training, and any other required training
  • Oversee the team mailbox to ensure adherence to SLAs and timely filing of emails
  • Update shared calendars and learning management system with classroom schedule changes to reflect the new schedule
  • Arrange hotel accommodations for employees who are travelling to the training center
  • Communicate reminders for classroom training attendance
  • Process professional development certification completions for bonus payouts
  • Curate course content and learning assets

Position Requirements
  • High School diploma
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong prioritization and task management skills
  • Cross-functional team collaboration
  • Experience working in virtual teams and remote environments
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Previous experience working within a training environment
