We are hiring an LMS Operations & Data Strategist to support enterprise learning operations for a global organization. This position focuses on Learning Management System (LMS) administration, learning analytics, compliance reporting, governance, and continuous process improvement.


Responsibilities

  • Manage LMS administration and learning operations
  • Support Corporate Required Training (CRT)
  • Analyze learning data and develop dashboards
  • Maintain learner and training data integrity
  • Troubleshoot LMS issues and provide Tier-2 support
  • Support course setup, testing, deployment, and reporting
