Position Responsibilities

  • Lead "Uline University" training programs which include half-day to full day onboarding, team building and professional development sessions.

  • Partner with business leaders, HR teams and external vendors to prepare and execute engaging learning programs that support employee growth and business goals.

  • Identify key metrics for learning effectiveness and monitor class survey results to continually improve course offerings.

  • Develop and mentor Trainers across the organization to drive consistent, high-quality learning experiences.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.

  • 3+ years in Facilitation and Training Design, plus previous management experience.

  • Industry certifications such as DDI, DiSC and MBTI preferred.

  • Experience with LMS and eLearning practices a plus.

  • Available to travel 20% of the year to Uline's North American locations.
