  • Manages day-to-day activities of a team in support of learning and talent development within the organization.
  • Assesses and organizes the work flow and execution of facilitation and/or maintenance of learning and talent programs.
  • Leads the planning and delivery of learning and talent programs to attain business objectives.
  • Works with the learning and talent development team to support best practices for the delivery and effectiveness of learning and talent programs.
  • Provides the analysis and implementation of learning and talent development plans for the organization in order to maintain and improve effectiveness.
