Zantech is looking for a talented Task Order Project Manager to contribute to the success of our upcoming Program Management Support Services project for an Onsite role based out of Battle Creek, MI.

Position Summary:

Serves as the project manager and shall work with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer Representative (COR), task order-level Task Order Managers, the Program Manager, Government management personnel, and customer agency representatives. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acts as manager and overall contract point of contact
  • Directs project-specific staff and reviews work products for completeness and adherence to customer requirements
  • Coordinates with Contracting Officer (KO), COR, and CAGE Program Manager on all contractual and technical matters
  • Develops and maintains Project Management Plan (PMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) within 30 days of award
  • Develops or identifies and proposes a Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process for Government approval; executes development in accordance with the approved SDLC
  • Provides communication to management on project plans, status reports, and deliverables
  • Develops overall project milestones and monitors execution against planned timelines
  • Manages on/offboarding of contractors, reporting, training, and timely submission of deliverables
  • Coordinates invoices and reporting with COR to ensure reports are reviewed and approved prior to invoicing
  • Supports management of software and hardware changes as initiated by the PMO
  • Ensures contractor employees meet DoD 8570/8140 certification requirements; provides quarterly certification compliance tracking report
  • Submits Monthly Progress Report (MPR) to COR prior to invoicing, covering contract number, task description, work accomplished, deliverable progress, problem areas, anticipated activity, and funds/labor expended
  • Provides Transition Plan (NTE 10 pages) within 60 days of task order award covering transition-out of all service areas, full performance schedule, and divesture/consolidation planning
  • Maintains Government Furnished Equipment (GFE/GFI) tracking and reporting
  • Provides technical and functional activities needed for overall Program Management of the SOW, including Quality Assurance, progress/status reporting, and Program Reviews

Years of Experience Required:

5 years of project management or other relevant experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields 5 years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field

Certifications Required:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (REQUIRED)
  • OR other equivalent nationally recognized project management certification

Certifications Preferred:

  • PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum certifications
  • ITIL certification

Required Security Clearance:

  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret or higher clearance, per contract requirements.
