Job description

Job Title:          Coordinator of EXPLORE360 Program                                         
Reports to:       Assistant Superintendent of EXPLORE360 Program and Instruction                                   
Primary Purpose:


The EXPLORE360 Program Coordinator will assist in coordinating campus E360 instruction, facilitating engaging learning experiences for students and staff, and ensuring the successful execution of E360 initiatives. Travel is a required component of this role and will primarily involve supporting EXPLORE360 experiences, locally, regionally, and out of state.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience in education, program coordination, youth development, or experiential learning may be considered
  • CPR and first aid certifications (preferred)
  • Valid Texas driver's license
     

Special Knowledge/Skills:

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across campuses.
  • Experience working with students and educational programs preferred.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and educational technology platforms.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to travel frequently.
     

Major Responsibilities and Duties:

Program Coordination

  • Support the coordination and implementation of EXPLORE360 instructional programming across multiple campuses.
  • Collaborate with campus leaders, teachers, and staff to ensure alignment and consistency of E360 experiences.
  • Assist in scheduling, organizing, and managing E360 events, projects, and experiential learning opportunities.
  • Help maintain program materials, resources, and communication related to E360 initiatives. 

Student & Staff Experience Facilitation

  • Facilitate engaging E360 experiences for students and staff both on and off campus.
  • Assist with student supervision and support during experiential learning activities, field experiences, and events.
  • Encourage student participation, collaboration, creativity, and leadership throughout E360 programming.
  • Support professional development and training opportunities related to E360 implementation. 

Logistics & Operations

  • Assist with travel logistics, communication, and preparation for E360 experiences and events.
  • Assist with event setup, organization, and execution.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting related to program activities.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, students, parents, and partners. 

Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with campus administrators and the EXPLORE360 leadership team to support program goals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the success of the EXPLORE360
