Reporting to the North American Vice President, Commercial Acquisition & Retention, the Sales Support & Enablement Senior Manager leads the strategy, performance, and effectiveness of the North American Sales organization. This role provides leadership across Sales Support, Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, Incentives & Analytics, and Sales Technology functions supporting U.S. and Canadian Commercial Sales and Retention teams.

As a strategic partner to Sales Directors and leadership teams, you will drive sales productivity, strengthen leadership capability, optimize incentive and analytics programs, and implement development strategies that accelerate individual and team performance.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop teams responsible for Sales Support, Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, and Incentives & Analytics.
  • Drive sales performance through incentive strategy, reporting, analytics, and data-driven insights.
  • Design and implement onboarding, training, coaching, and performance improvement programs for sales representatives and managers.
  • Partner with sales leaders to identify capability gaps and execute targeted development and coaching initiatives.
  • Oversee sales technology, CRM, and enablement platforms to enhance seller productivity and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align enablement strategies with go-to-market initiatives and campaigns.
  • Support customer retention teams through analytics, training, tools, and process improvements.
  • Champion best practices, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the sales organization.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team capable of supporting a complex, multi-national sales environment.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, learning & development, or commercial leadership, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven success partnering with senior sales leaders to improve performance and build organizational capability.
  • Strong expertise in sales incentives, analytics, CRM systems, sales technologies, and performance management.
  • Experience developing and leading training, coaching, and leadership development programs in a large-scale or multi-regional organization.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting both sales acquisition and customer retention functions is an asset.
  • English proficiency is required to support the full North American business

The expected annual salary range for this role is $145,000 - $160,000 a year.
