This role plays a strategic part in shaping how ZEDI's engineering, data, and infrastructure capabilities are understood, adopted, leveraged, and recognized across the organization.
Operating at the intersection of portfolio clarity, associate experience, and leadership visibility, you will strengthen ZEDI's strategic narrative, improve how teams engage with ZEDI, and enhance transparency through metrics and structured communication. This role blends internal product marketing, enablement, and enterprise engagement, partnering closely with ZEDI leadership to advance organizational priorities.

What You'll Do

Portfolio & Strategic Positioning

  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives in support of ZEDI priorities and executive decision-making

  • Develop and maintain a clear portfolio view of ZEDI capabilities across engineering, data, and infrastructure, including a well-defined catalog of services and offerings

  • Strengthen ZEDI's strategic narrative by clearly articulating priorities, outcomes, and enterprise value

  • Identify opportunities to improve visibility, positioning, and clarity of ZEDI capabilities, priorities, and progress across the organization

  • Partner to support enterprise AI empowerment and an AI-forward mindset by promoting responsible adoption, visibility, and education

Associate Experience & Engagement

  • Improve the associate experience when engaging with ZEDI by clarifying pathways, expectations, and available capabilities

  • Gather and synthesize feedback to continuously improve how ZEDI partners with the enterprise

  • Represent ZEDI in business and operational unit forums, ensuring consistent messaging while elevating the voice of enterprise partners

Enablement & Learning

  • Design and deliver enablement and learning content that helps teams understand how to engage with and adopt ZEDI capabilities

  • Represent and advocate for the learning and development needs of technical roles within ZEDI, ensuring alignment with evolving engineering, data, and AI capabilities

  • Drive engagement and adoption of AI toolkits, frameworks, and emerging technology capabilities across Zelis Associates

  • Partner with Enterprise Learning teams to support onboarding, role-based learning, and capability development aligned to ZEDI initiatives

Operating Rhythm & Metrics

  • Support leadership operating rhythms through structured metrics, storytelling, and reporting, ensuring initiative alignment to organizational goals and clear visibility into progress

  • Lead the evolution of ZEDI's performance measurement framework, improving consistency, transparency, and executive visibility of key indicators

  • Translate operational and performance data into clear, executive-ready insights

Leadership & Coordination

  • Enable internal ZEDI alignment around priorities, offerings, and external messaging

What You'll Bring to Zelis

  • Demonstrated experience in strategy, consulting, investment banking, or enterprise operations roles, with a strong ability to partner effectively with engineering and technology leaders

  • Strong ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences

  • Comfort operating at both strategic and execution levels, with the ability to move ideas into action

  • Strong executive presence and confidence engaging with senior leaders and enterprise stakeholders

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams), including the creation of executive-ready materials

  • Experience supporting enterprise metrics, reporting, and narrative to inform decision-making

  • Proven ability to influence and partner across teams without direct authority

  • Critical to success in this role is being intellectually curious, a self-starter, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

Why This Role

  • High visibility across engineering, data, and enterprise leadership

  • Opportunity to shape and improve how associates experience and engage with ZEDI
