Due to our continued growth and success, we have a new position open for aBilingual Field Marketing Coordinator. The successful candidate should be based in the Montreal, Quebec area.

Bring your strong project management and creative flair to local marketing initiatives in Greater Montreal and Eastern Canada! Working with the Canadian Senior Marketing Manager and Area Sales Manager for Eastern Canada, you'll facilitate and execute business area marketing initiatives and events with the Axis team, partners and customers across the Greater Montreal area, Quebec and Atlantic Canada. You'll act as key member within the Canadian marketing team for various campaigns, events and initiatives. Plus, with your polished organizational and administrative skills you'll support the management of the Montreal Axis Experience Centre.

This is a fully bilingual role. You must be able to speak, read and write French and English fluently.

This is an office-based role - you'll be managing a cool, interactive technology space, near CF Carrefour Laval shopping centre, with easy access to Autoroute 440 and Autoroute 15.

What You'll Do

  • Act as an Axis brand ambassador to ensure consistency in the business area
  • Act as the key liaison for the local sales team in relation to marketing, logistics and business support
  • Support and manage all local Axis-hosted and non-Axis hosted events, tradeshows and conferences with partners, and the Axis sales team in collaboration with the Canadian marketing team
  • Coordinate and manage co-marketing projects with local channel partners for brand exposure and business development
  • Manage the local Academy marketing plan for recruitment, communications and logistics
  • Help execute centrally planned marketing initiatives in the field, with the right local flair
  • On-site coordination of meetings within the Axis Experience Centre
    • Guest liaison, visitor management and hospitality needs
    • Upkeep and maintenance of the facility including food and beverage, and stock supplies at all times
    • Manage local vendor and supplier relationships
  • Collaborate with others within the Canadian Marketing team to develop and execute on marketing plans, events, content and communications
  • Provide general department support for ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.

Education & Experience

  • 1+ year experience in event coordination or marketing experience
  • 1+ year customer service experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field

  • Experience with CRM (such as Salesforce) and marketing automation (such as Pardot)

Pay range: The approximate total compensation range for this location and position is $60,000 - $70,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the province.
