Everforth TopBloc is a Workday boutique partner firm that provides fixed-time, fixed-price Workday deployment services and on-demand Workday support. Using our internal proprietary tool we are able to quickly implement Workday Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Financials business processes and technology, letting our customers focus on their business while they gain immediate value. Once live, we also provide expertise and resources as needed to support the customer's individual Workday solution.

We are looking for a Consultant II, Senior, Principal or Managing Workday HCM Post Production Consultant (experience level will determine job title) who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.

Requirements (What We're Looking For):

  • Workday HCM Certification

  • 1+ years Workday HCM post-production support experience with a Workday partner, for customers of all sizes

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel

  • Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client requests and/or tickets to meet customer deliverables

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral

  • Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust

  • Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives

Responsibilities (What You'll Do):

  • Work directly with clients to deliver high-quality Workday HCM solutions across multiple industries to meet, enhance and optimize the client's business needs

  • Work directly with clients, solving Workday HCM issues as they arise

  • Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one's skills and learnings with others within the organization

  • Assist with internal initiatives, as assigned, designed to improve the team, department or company

  • Manage a team of consultants, guiding them through their Workday/professional development and handling escalations (Manager Level)

  • Utilize Workday experience and knowledge to develop sales material and scope projects as needed by the sales team (Senior/Principal Level)

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

At Everforth TopBloc, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range salary is:

Consultant II $75,000 - $105,000
Senior Consultant $100,000 - $140,000
Principal Consultant $130,000 - $175,000
Managing Consultant $130,000 - $175,000
