Business Development & Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting in our business development mission through our customer-centric culture and our Sales operations. Specifically, talking with clients in person, making and receiving client phone calls and actively answering online vehicle inquiries via our customer retention platform. 

Successful applicants will be enthusiastic, self-driven, and articulate, must be computer-literate, sales-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Compensation is based on productivity, so the earning potential can be substantial.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Learn some general product knowledge of the vehicles 
  • Follow-up with customers to make contact and set an appointment for them to visit our dealership
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
  • Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities and new campaigns each month.
  • Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
