What You'll Do

As a Teacher Assistant, you will:

  • Support classroom routines, instruction, and transitions throughout the day.

  • Foster a safe and nurturing space for children to learn and grow.

  • Help implement a child-centered curriculum that encourages exploration and creativity.

  • Assist with documentation and observation of children's progress.

  • Model positive interactions, language, and behavior.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; CDA or related coursework in ECE preferred.
