Job Summary

Learning and Development Partner Sr. is a proven project manager and creative-minded individual who will be an essential member on L&D projects at Cirrus. The L&D Partner Sr is responsible for leading and executing some of our largest and most impactful initiatives. This role requires the person to independently anticipate and act on effective learning solutions and opportunities that directly impact business objectives, partner performance, and employee performance improvement. The L&D Partner Sr is responsible for annually conducting needs assessments, designing, and implementing impactful learning initiatives in the areas of operations, technical training, and production readiness. This individual must be adept at using a variety of experiences such as in-person training classes, 1-1 coaching, live and recorded webinars, on-demand videos and virtual classroom sessions.

Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions

  • Learning & Development Partner responsibilities plus
  • Supports the Cirrus World Class customer experience standardization and training within Cirrus and across our partner network.
  • Coordinate Cirrus University technical resources such as the learning management system, compliance tracking, onboarding courses, area specific training plans.
  • Evaluates training needs, identifies goals and develops learning strategies and training plans.
  • Measures the success of learning initiatives, programs, and materials; makes improvements and adjustments to increase learning engagement and retention.
  • Updates materials and content to maintain relevance and usefulness.
  • E-Learning Development, Partner with Instructional Designers and/or Subject Matter Experts, and Operational Leadership to create effective online instruction.
  • Facilitate and deliver development programs via classroom, webinar, or other virtual environments in an engaging manner that is inclusive of various adult learning styles.
  • Collaborate with Manager, Learning and Development and other business leaders to identify requirements needed for e-learning content curation.
  • Create instructional videos, webinars, & presentations for customer service-related initiatives, such as onboarding, career development, employer branding, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, project management, instructional design preferred; or 4-7 years' experience in a training manager or educational leadership role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in presenting, facilitating, and leading
  • Strong project management skills
  • Facilitate and lead a diverse group to build collaborative and functional relationships.
  • Create and distribute digital and physical training content for appropriate customer needs.
  • Demonstrate sound judgement and effective communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Effectively manage stress, including competing work demands and multiple projects at the same time.
  • Proven creativity with experience in visual/multimedia design (graphics, video, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable in Learning Management Systems and Instructional Design software such as Articulate 360, Azure, Canva and MS Office Suite
