This role is responsible for designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that build employee capability, improve performance, and support business goals. While the position focuses broadly on training and development, it also includes a growing emphasis on enabling the effective use of AI tools to enhance productivity, innovation, and ways of working. This role blends training delivery, content development, and consulting with business partners to drive adoption of new skills, tools, and processes across the organization. What You Will Focus On Learning Design & Delivery
  • Coordinate the delivery of AI Learning Labs and similar experiential learning events that drive daily adoption and measurable impact.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs across a variety of topics, including professional skills, systems, and emerging technologies
  • Facilitate both in-person and virtual learning experiences for diverse audiences
  • Develop learning materials such as job aids, e-learning modules, and instructor-led content
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on feedback and outcomes
AI Literacy & Enablement (Supportive Focus)
  • Enable employees to apply AI tools in practical, role-relevant ways that align with business priorities and responsible-use expectations.
  • Provide guidance on using AI tools (e.g., prompting, appropriate use cases, limitations) to enhance day-to-day work
  • Incorporate AI learning into broader training programs and role-based development pathways
  • Stay informed on emerging AI trends to keep learning content relevant and valuable
Business Partnership & Consulting
  • Partner with leaders and teams to identify learning needs aligned with business priorities
  • Recommend training solutions that support performance improvement and skill development
  • Act as a trusted advisor on how learning-including AI-enabled approaches-can enhance productivity and outcomes
Workflow & Productivity Enablement
  • Surface and scale proven use cases that demonstrate measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, or consistency of work
  • Help simplify and improve processes through training and enablement
  • Share practical examples of how technology can enhance efficiency and quality of work
Change Management & Adoption
  • Support the rollout and adoption of new tools, systems, and processes through effective training and communication
  • Address resistance and build confidence in new ways of working
  • Partner with stakeholders to reinforce learning and measure adoption success
Best Practices & Continuous Improvement
  • Promote effective learning strategies and adult learning principles across the organization
  • Curate and share best practices, success stories, and learning resources
  • Ensure training aligns with organizational standards and compliance requirements
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Computer Science, or related field required
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field required
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of generative AI tools and use cases (CoPilot, Claude)
  • Ability to communicate AI concepts in a clear, practical, and engaging way for diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to connect learning initiatives to business outcomes such as adoption, productivity, quality of performance improvement.
Role Leveling
  • Trainer: Minimum 1 year of related experience; training experience required, exposure to AI or emerging technologies preferred
  • Senior Trainer: Minimum 3 years of progressive training, facilitation, and content development experience preferred
