  • Design, coordinate, and execute training programs, workshops, and ongoing learning experiences focused on applied consulting skills, healthcare domain expertise, business communication, and technology
  • Refine and evolve learning programs based on learner feedback, training effectiveness, performance outcomes, and evolving healthcare and health technology trends

  • Oversee AArete's Learning Management System (Docebo), including content organization, development, maintenance, and optimization of learning materials
  • Manage the design and execution of all Learning & Development components of AArete's New Hire Onboarding program
  • Drive Learning & Development communications, including training announcements, session invitations, and program updates
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policy, health technology innovation, and consulting best practices to ensure learning content remains relevant and practical
  • Partner with consulting leaders, practice heads, and subject matter experts to co-create learning content and ensure real-world applicability to client delivery
  • Act as an internal consultant to define learning solutions that support client delivery excellence and internal capability building
  • Coordinate with external vendors or academic partners when specialized expertise, training support, or scale is required
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across in-person and virtual environments
  • Willingness to engage in direct client interaction, including travel to client location
  • Applicants must be based in Chicago, IL, and flexible to work from our Chicago office as needed
