What's the role?

The Learning Administrator provides administrative and logistical support for the MBE Affiliate Group's training, onboarding, CPE tracking, and professional development programs. This role helps ensure team members have access to organized training resources, accurate records, and a smooth onboarding experience.

Responsibilities include:

Training Coordination & Administration

  • Coordinate and schedule internal training sessions, onboarding programs, and firmwide learning initiatives
  • Prepare training materials, session logistics, and participant resources
  • Manage training calendars, registrations, attendance tracking, and follow-up communications
  • Support the administration of learning platforms, training trackers, and documentation storage

New Hire Onboarding & Support

  • Coordinate new hire system setup and facilitate initial systems training
  • Serve as an initial resource for onboarding-related questions during the new hire period
  • Assist with scheduling and documentation for new hire check-ins and evaluation timelines
  • Support staff and supervisors with training-related questions and communicate recurring issues or documentation needs to leadership

Continuing Education & Documentation

  • Track CPE information, maintain related records, and prepare reports for leadership review
  • Maintain training assignments, user records, course materials, and completion reports within the LMS or training tracking system
  • Format, update, and organize training materials provided by subject matter experts
  • Maintain and update existing training guides, checklists, SOPs, and onboarding documents as directed

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Collect training feedback, maintain participation records, and summarize results for leadership
  • Help maintain accurate training records and support process consistency across the organization
  • Assist leadership by preparing reports and documentation related to training and professional development activities

What experience and skills do I need to be successful?

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of administrative support, office coordination, training administration, or related experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, supervisors, and firm leadership
  • Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding employee and client matters

What will my schedule look like?

This role supports our office hours of Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. Ideally, this role is based in our Baraboo office. We are open to experienced talent working in a hybrid arrangement at another of our MBE offices with expectations to be onsite at our Baraboo office for facilitating in person training, new hire orientation, or team collaboration needs.
