As a learning and development director, your responsibilities are to analyze existing training programs to determine whether they provide employees with the skills needed to perform their jobs. The Role
CSI is looking for an experienced Employee Development Instructional Designer to help build the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of our employees across the organization. This role partners with leaders and subject matter experts to transform business knowledge into engaging learning experiences that improve performance, support career growth, and strengthen our culture.
From onboarding and leadership development to technical, product, systems, and safety training, you'll create innovative learning solutions that help employees succeed while supporting CSI's long-term growth.
