To thrive as a Learning Analyst, you need strong analytical skills, experience with learning measurement methodologies, and a relevant degree in education, data analytics, or a related field. Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, and familiarity with eLearning platforms is typically required. How do Learning Analysts typically collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to enhance training programs?
