Beginning July 1st, 2026, the DOTS (Develop Others to Serve) Program is a 3-year leadership program designed for high-level professionals who want to partner with Chick-fil-A RSA Battlehouse to create generational leaders and future career opportunities. Whether you want a career with Chick-fil-A or elsewhere, you will partner with the Owner/Operator to develop the character, discipline, grit, and leadership skills needed to create a lasting impact wherever your career leads.
