Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform essential functions.Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, required.Knowledge of talent development and adult learning principles, including instructional design, performance-based learning, and training evaluation.Experience designing and developing learning content for classroom, virtual, and/or digital delivery, preferred.Comfort operating in evolving environments, adjusting learning approaches based on feedback, data, and changing business needs.Experience supporting both corporate and operational environments, including frontline or manufacturing settings, preferred.Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to assess effectiveness and inform improvements.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, partner, and collaborate across levels of the organization.Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, matrixed environments and managing multiple priorities.Ability to build strong working relationships and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide others toward goal accomplishment.Up to 50% travel, required. The expected pay range for this position is $55,000 - $82,500 annually. Smithfield Foods provides pay ranges that reflect its good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage the company reasonably expects to pay for a position at the time of hire. Individual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, location of the position, the candidate's qualifications and experience, internal equity, external market pay for comparable positions and budget considerations.
