WHAT YOU'LL DO 

Join our Graphics team as a Senior Visual Designer, where your creativity and design expertise will help shape how our architectural stories are told. Partnering with architects and fellow designers, you'll transform concepts into visually stunning packages and presentations that inspire clients and elevate our brand.


  • Develop design ideas, conduct research, document design workflows, and contribute to all manner of graphic and visual production
  • Collaborate with architects to translate complex design concepts into visually compelling graphics
  • Apply a strong conceptual design ability to projects of varying complexity
  • Create engaging graphics and imagery to support project storytelling and client communications
  • Ensure consistency and apply scalable design solutions for a variety of digital products across multiple platforms and devices to enhance visual experience
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standard of creativity and attention to detail
  • Mentor other visual designers on the team

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 - 10 years of experience as a digital designer in a fast-paced setting
  • Robust portfolio demonstrating strong design skills in visual design across various platforms
  • Has proven ability to take the lead on interactive design projects including managing project timelines, budgets and teams
  • Experience in effectively communicating conceptual ideas and detailed design rationale both verbally and visually to clients
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience working with HTML, CSS, and video
  • Ability to thrive in collaborative team environments
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure while retaining careful attention to detail
  • Ability to work positively, enthusiastically, and respectfully with other team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic or Interactive Design or other related field
  • Ability to work onsite in our Redwood City office Monday through Friday 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without any restrictions or requirement of sponsorship now or in the future

The typical pay range for this position is $95,000 - $125,000 in total compensation. Compensation depends on the individual's skills, experience, education, and geographic location.
