Compensation & Benefits

Position Summary
The LCPtracker Support Consultant is responsible for the successful implementation, administration, and ongoing support of LCPtracker compliance software for company projects. This role serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for LCPtracker, supporting internal teams, contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure accurate prevailing wage compliance and project reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Project Setup & Implementation
• Lead LCPtracker implementation for new projects, including full system configuration.
• Complete and manage all project start-up documentation.
• Verify total contract values before entry into LCPtracker to ensure data accuracy.
• Confirm proper jurisdiction setup within LCPtracker.
• Ensure projects are successfully established in coordination with the LCPtracker Customer Success Manager.
• Facilitate onboarding of subcontractors and contractors within the LCPtracker system.
Compliance & Data Accuracy
• Verify wage determinations and worker classifications with Payroll Specialists before payroll uploads.
• Review submitted payrolls and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Resolve LCPtracker error codes and provide corrective guidance.
• Address and resolve issues related to missing or incorrect documentation.
• Ensure compliance with prevailing wage and reporting requirements.
Contractor & Subcontractor Support
• Provide front-end technical and process support to contractors and subcontractors.
• Create and manage user access and login credentials for contractors and subcontractors.
• Educate contractors and subcontractors on proper payroll submission procedures within LCPtracker.
• Provide ongoing guidance and distribute LCPtracker resources and instructional materials.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
• Serve as the LCPtracker Subject Matter Expert (SME) in client meetings.
• Lead presentations and training sessions for contractors and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution and compliance.
Qualifications
