Dewberry is currently seeking a Land Development Project Manager for the Louisville, CO office with the opportunity to work occasionally out of the Denver office as necessary.

Responsibilities
This position requires 10+ years of experience in site planning and land development including the production and management of; design of grading, storm water management, urban drainage planning, soil erosion & sediment control, public and private roadways, utilities and site planning for residential, commercial, retail, institutional and recreational facilities.
Required Skills & Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Proven Business Development Experience
  • Leadership and mentoring of project team
  • AutoCAD with Civil3D skills
  • Technical competency in roadway, utilities and drainage design and construction
  • Professional Engineering licensure within Colorado
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Desire to work and manage in a team environment
