Title: Dry Utility Foreman
Reports to: Division Manager

About the Role:
Dry Utility Foreman is a leadership role responsible for the successful execution of underground utility projects (Electrical, Telecommunications). You will oversee all field personnel, subcontractors, and material logistics to ensure projects are completed safely, on budget, and in strict accordance with contract plans and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
² Project & Personnel Oversight: Supervise the daily performance of the field crew and all on-site personnel. Direct and coordinate subcontractors and material suppliers to ensure a seamless workflow.
² Quality & Compliance: Ensure all work meets or exceeds company and customer performance standards. Strictly adhere to contract plans, blueprints, and technical specifications for dry utility installation.
² Primary Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between the Customer, Inspectors, and the Company. Maintain professional communication to ensure project approvals and resolve field issues promptly.
² Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely job site records, including daily production reports, crew timesheets, and as-built notations.
² Safety Leadership: Enforce a "Safety First" culture. Ensure full compliance with all company safety policies and contract-specific safety procedures.
Qualifications:
² Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in the Dry Utility trade, with a proven track record in a leadership.
² Leadership: Ability to safely, professionally, and skillfully lead a crew through all phases of a project.
² Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of joint trench configurations, vault placement, and utility-specific installation requirements (LADWP,SCE specs).
² Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for managing client relations and coordinating with inspectors.
² Physical Ability: Must be capable of working in outdoor environments, navigating uneven terrain, and meeting the physical demands of a heavy civil construction site.
